English Nurse
English Nurse
I was wondering what the job situation was for a U.K. trained practice nurse? My other half is a "G" grade practice nurse, ex midwife and trained to a very high specification (diabetes, family planning, asthma & C.H.D). Do the local Doctors employ their own staff ?
Yeah i am very lucky in that respect she looks like she should be in a "carry on" film nearly all of the time and she very rarely worries about patients or boring stuff like that
Perhaps if you want to arrange a meeting i can get her to take your temperature the "All Creatures Great & Small" way , but you would probably like that you complete remould

The right gear!
I think "Kinky guest" is a bit behind the times regarding nurses uniform CM !
When I was in hospital last Autumn--they "all" wore trousers and tunics-fellas and girls --not a stocking or suspender in sight!
I have nothing but the highest praise for those staff--for someone who was very nervous of the operation---they were wonderful at putting me at ease.
Sincerely hope you get the work youre both looking for CM,
Lots of luck to you both, Ellie.
