Time Wrong on here!

Just realised after posting my message that your clock is one hour fast! Has it always been like this and I just haven't noticed?!

Steen doesn't need a wake up call - he's always on the ball !!

I've come to the conclusion that I have an effect on the time everytime I'm on this board! My messages are now an hour fast!!! Never mind - at least it keeps me looking at the time so I'm not on the internet too long!!

Keep up the good work Steen!
regards Jo :D

On the subject of time. Here in dismal, wet, cold Lincoln we are on GMT at the moment - can't wait for BST 8) I'd like to know whether or not there is any time difference between GMT and Portugal at this time of year.

My reason is that my wife and I plan to wave to our family and friends back home from the webcam when we are there next weekish. Knowing what time to expect us waving like a couple of raving loonies would ensure that none of the thousands of expected viewers miss us :D

Michael, as a regular writer to these forums, I'm sure we would all like to put a face to the name. Let us know what time you agree on please.

For the past few years Portugal has always chnaged to summer time and back at the same time as UK and thus we are always the only european country on the same time as UK. Yet another reason to come here!

A few years ago we did experiment with a change but it made the mornings too dark and was not welcomed.

Thanks Biffa, It's now Tuesday 5th March 12.40 pm in London as I write this. So in effect the forum times are an hour ahead of Portuguese and UK time.

I shall let you know when I'll make my debut on the webcam. In the meantime for those that are curious, here's my profile on one of my websites: http://www.backgammon-biba.co.uk/michael.html

Mind you, this photo is two years old - I've drastically changed my hairstyle since then; it's just 10mm long now! And, before you start to think, "Ah. He's going bald. A lot of men at his age (54) shave their heads to hide the fact. How sad!" I am not going bald - it's a phase I'm going through. Sharen thinks the new, sleekier look is sexy - and at my age there's not a lot of women say that to you
