we stayed at the colina da lapa in august and loved it .We went with cosmos . The english people next door to us had booked via the internet with a german company. Would any one know this website ? many thanks.

thankyou for the reply about the website , but i think it was a german company, i think that virtual portugal site is portuguese. thankyou anyway would appreciate any more comments .

Try clicking on the link, it's all in English and you can book direct without the need for the German company, it also looks well priced. Mike.

Thanks mike for your reply but i am not very computer friendly what link are you meaning. I know you can book direct with Colina da lapa but the people next to us said it was cheaper to book through this german company . Hope chislehurst is okay just moved from Petts wood to West sussex last month. Many thanks.

Many thanks mike, if we do not get into the colina da lapa in august this year do you know any 2 or 3 bedroom apartments or villas to rent? do you have a property to rent? We enjoyed carvoeiro so much that my children want to go back again .we found a lovely restaurant in monte carvoeiro called o salmao . we went to carvoeiro 8 years ago and stayed in a villa near sesmarias near colina da lapa but they dont seem to rent it out any more. Many thanks for your help.

Hello Suzy, yes we do have a villa (3 bed + pool, very comfortable and VG sea views) drop me a line, mike.oakes@nationwide.biz and I can tell you a bit more. It's about a 12 min walk into town. It's normally only let out to friends and family but do get in touch. Mike

We are just completing on a 2 bed groundfloor appartment at Vila Nova
- nr Monte Carvoeiro. Nice pool, restaurant, great for kids.
We have availability, but not for long we hope, as it will be in the
property to rent section on this site soon.
