Odd looking Villa on the hill!

Does anyone know which agent has the newly completed ,odd looking, very modern villa situated on the high ground to the left as you drive into town past the petrol garage.

To be clear, I mean real estate agent as opposed to letting / renting agent, as I believe it is for sale.

Yes a strange one isn't it. I think it has been done by the developers of all that part. The infrastructure has been in for years. Now what is their name ...... Cerro something I think

If u r still interested I walked by the house today. Looks finished and seems very vell built indeed. Gardens have been landsaced nicely with rock terraces as the plot is steep. The design is modern as you know but the whole package looks good. Not sure what that top square room is though. Bedroom? Doubt it - maybe just an architects wasted space?! Would make a good study.

Builder is selling direct it seems. If you r interested let me know and I will get his number or contact him if you want
