My Sister-In-Law bought a badge on the first day we arrived and wore it for two weeks, we never saw another person wearing one and was not approached by anyone. Very disappointing!!

We never saw anyone wearing a badge while we were there, did anyone? Before you tell me off CM for not wearing one, it was because my grandson had it on his cap. Also you have 22 and didnt have one on

I was in CVO from 8 to 12 October and bought the badge on the first day.

I wore it every day and didn't see anyone else until I was walking down the road from Rascals (having called in for the meet-up on the Wednesday evening and not seen anyone there) when Baggy and Sally Jane saw me (with the badge on) when they were coming up the hill. As a result, I made it to Rascals so I was glad to have the badge.

Hiya, we got our badges on our first day also in CVO.
Wore ours prominently but to no avail.
Popped into the pubs and meeting places mentioned around the times expected throughout our stay from the 6-20th Oct, but only met CEH and one or two others, and went to Rascals for yet another coctail??!! hic hic.
Either people recognised us by our badges and hid theirs, and ran away, or were to shy to stand up and say, 'me to', with the badge of disitinction.

Jackie O!!!

Yep guilty, but did have it in for the rest of the time! Nice to see you, did you enjoy A Gale? Tony (ex Agale) has a new place Poco Partido just out of town it is really good.

I took a bit of stick for the badge of my other half and the kids when I did have it on though (Blue Peter etc) but never mind. All the lads in November will wear one or they dont get a bed!

Roll on November !

You could try:
  • Wear a yellow carnation.
Carry a copy of the Times.
    Dance naked in the square.
I'm sure you'll come up with a solution !
